What device is having issues?

all of them? 

Certain ones only? 

Did you change the password? 

Make sure to remove any special characters/spaces from the password. 

Also make sure capitalizationj is correct.

You're not giving me a whole lot of info. help us to help you and fully describe issues, what you've done to try to fix it.

You can factory reset anytime you want. Its pretty simply. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. Then just reinstall it.
