orbilogin reset doesn't follow what user manual describes, can't reset
Hello, I have a RAX43. Following the user manual, at orbilogin.net prompt, "cancel" and then the router's serial number should allow a new admin password, and not ask for the old security questions. But, mine is still asking the questions. Any way to force the router to actually reset?

by resetting the router? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
If you didn't setup password recovery, it'll still ask the questions but there won't be a correct response.
To recover it if you did set it up, you have to plug in the serial number and then answer the questions correctly

The RAX series uses the routerlogin.net string.
