port forwarding ax5400
sorry if this has been asked before hope someone will be kind enough to help. i have a synology nas ds415+ that i run a plex server off of. I try to set up remote access for this by forwarding port 32400 through the router but when i check the port is closed and cant access it remotely. the synology will do the router configuration for stuff remotely. i can access everything else on the nas remotely except for plex. all help is greatly appreciated thanks.

Re: port forwarding ax5400
You have to be sure that what ever device is configured is actively using the port.
Also be sure to disable uPnP on the router as well before setting up any PF rules.
Set a IP address reservation as well for the device being configured for PF rules:

Again, something to ask the device mfr about as well as they will know how to configure a router for PF rules.
