If your trying to setup the router using the NH app on a mobile device, be sure to disable the mobile devices MAC ADDRESS randomizer feature while your at home:

I would recommend setting up the router using a ethernet connected PC or laptop and web browser, MS Edge or Firefox. 

Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
