RS700 Hidden Default Wifi SSID
It seems the RS700 has an active hidden SSID, possibly backhaul for mesh (Going by what I see on debug.htm page). It would be nice if we could disable this. Makes sense for Orbi to have it by default but not for this. At least let us disable it.

Something to ask NG support about.

Re: RS700 Hidden Default Wifi SSID
Already did, asked to speak to someone in the firmware team. All I was told was go to “Idea Exchange” the same place for years where nothing has been taken into consideration even simple requests and where one of the requests was that they actually look at requests… Quite disappointing that a $500+ model being even more basic than some ISP provided stuff software wise let alone the competition using the same underlying hardware. Don’t get me wrong the hardware is decent but the software side is quite underwhelming.

Re: RS700 Hidden Default Wifi SSID
I believe they are working to improve MLO support. Not sure about the BH or MESH. Not sure if they want the RS to compete with the Orbi MESH systems. 🙄
