Slow download speed shortly after modem restart
I've been having issues with slow download speed on my home network. Initially I thought it was an issue with my ISP's modem/router combo. My speeds would slow to 30mb down from my advertised 500mb down. I would only get 500mb down after restarting my modem/router. I ended up buying a CM2000 modem and a RS200 router but my issue persists. I only get around 500mb down shortly after rebooting the modem. I have replaced the coaxial cable the goes to the modem, that did not change the issue. The following is my cable diagnostic log.
Is this more than likely a cabling issue to my residence that will require my ISP's attention or is there anything else I can do to remedy this issue?

What speeds UP and Down are you expecting to see?
Ethernet speed testing at the modem then behind the RS router?
Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

I have an ISP tech coming out Monday, so hopefully that will shed some light on the issue if not resolve it.

If that is happening with the direct connection to the modem, then the ISP will need to check everything. Have them review the connections status page and event logs data.
