Wifi 7, what are your thoughts?
Since there are routers starting to come out now ASUS and TP-Link that have this, what is everyone thoughts on this? I know 6E wasn't all that big of a change, and wonder if this is worth the upgrade?

What's it for?
What does Wifi 7 do, apart from being another marketing opportunity for hardware makers?

Re: Wifi 7, what are your thoughts?
Tough to know thoughts without hardware to test.
Both router hardware and client side.

Re: Wifi 7, what are your thoughts?
As i know Wi-Fi 6E is an extension of Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) that operates in the 6 GHz frequency band. It offers additional spectrum, which can alleviate congestion and provide faster and more reliable wireless connections. if want to take full advantage of Wi-Fi 6E, you'll need compatible devices such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets that support this technology. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the number of consumer devices supporting Wi-Fi 6E may be limited.
