WiFi network without cellular AX4/AX1800

Hi,  Will this router operate the WiFi network without a sim card or when out of cellular service? I want to be able to link devices on the wifi network and dont always have cell coverage. This is an LAX 20 model.

You might have better luck with the forum for that specific device where there might be users that have that model.

Yes it should since it does have a WAN port in back that you can connect to a ONT, Cable or DSL modem:
