Ethernet ports not working on RBK352 router

Hi
Located in Australia and just purchased the RBK352 mesh system.
Wifi works fine on both router and satellite units. Ethernet works great on the satellite however no internet on any of the 3 ethernet ports on the router.
Have unplugged, restarted and replugged a few times. Have tried different cables and still nothing when it comes to ethernet on the router.
Is there a specific setting on the router that I need to change? Anything else I can try before taking it back to the shop?
Thanks

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Possible the RBR is faulty, contact NG support and ask about a RMA or return the system to place of purchase and get another set.
Thank you.
