Issues with my RBR750 AX4200 not connecting to servers

Hi Everyone

Ive seemed to be having issues with my RBR750 AX4200 Orbi system since i trialed the Netgear Armor, the issue is it struggles to connect servers from my mobile devices to my imac,xbox, its really fustrainting after alot of time talking to there technical support team and frankly getting nowhere im stumpped.

I never had this issues for the 2 weeks before the Armor trial, afterwards even tho removing it im getting this issue over and over again, ive reset the orbi ive rebooted before when i had the Armor active things would timeout which has seemed to of gone but im still struggling to connect to certain things its nothing to do with my speed from my ISP (see pic). Any help would be much appreciated at this piont im about done with the Netgear Orbi.

Factory reset and setup the RBR from scratch and this time do not enable armor.
