ORBI 850 TCP Destination Port 443?

I am attempting to hook up a wifi module which monitors a backup sump pump that needs to communicate with a server via the internet. In speaking to the pump manufacturer, I need to endable TCP Destination Port 443. Can anyone tell me the steps to confirm that it is enabled or how to enable that port? Thanks

What's the actual model number?  Look for "Model" on the product
label.  Firmware version?  Connected to what?

Are you having some actual problem?

"attempting" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say
what you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

Should I know which?  One of us might want to see some documentation.

I don't know what that means.  Whose "Destination"?

> [...] needs to communicate with a server via the internet. [...]

   That's a little vague, too.

Does your (unspecified) "a wifi module" need (A) to establish an
outgoing connection to some outside-world server which is operated by
the (unspecified) "the pump manufacturer", or (B) to accept some kind of
incoming connection from the outside world?

   (A) should require no special effort.  Whenever you use a web browser
with an "https://xxxxx" URL, that web browser is making a TCP connection
to that web server using port 443.  There's no need to "enable" anything
to make that work.  (B) is more complicated, but also less likely.

General advice: You might have more success if you described
(clearly) the actual problem which you are trying to solve, rather than
asking how to implement some particular "solution" ("enable that port")
which may have little or nothing to do with the actual problem (whatever
it might be).
