Adding A New Trusteed Device

There are other threads on this but no solutions.

 

I am trying to add my new phone to my Netgear account as a trusted device. 

From the Orbi app and logging into my Netgear account, there is no option to add a new trusted device.  Account Mgmt or Manage Profile > Login Settings > 2 Step Verification

 

You can view trusted devices and delete them but you cannot add.

 

Any direction would be appreciated!

It sounds to me like the method is to delete all existing phones (which probably disables 2FA authentication) and then start over with the new phone number.

 

(Doesn't give one warm fuzzy feelings for the Orbi app, does it.)

Thanks for the reply. I did see that thread and no ... it didn’t give me a warm fuzzy haha. 😕 I was hoping I missed something.

Seems so cumbersome to do it that way.
