Can not receive push notifications Orbi RBR50
When I attempt to log into the Orbi app it says it doesn't recognize the device. The push notification to the device doesn't work and the alternative e-mail verification method points to an e-mail that is no longer accessible. How do I change the e-mail address? When I log into netgear.com and go to manage profile, it shows my current e-mail but the app still points to the old e-mail address. Any suggestions?

Uninstall the app from your devices then re-install it. It should have you log in to your NG account using the new email address configured there...

Thank you for the reply, I installed the app from my phone and reinstalled. I can log in to NG using the new email address but when the push notification fails it says try alternate method and it has my old email address listed as the email to send the alternate method to. It won't let me go in and change that email on the app because it can't authenticate my device. The desktop version of the site doesn't even have my orbi app on it so I can't use my desktop
