Hello,
I reset my Orbi and now can’t access my Disney Circle premium subscription. I see that my subscription is active on my iTunes but the circle app says can’t find my account. I have read some of the similar problems here but none of the solutions worked for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for responding. No, I didn’t reset my router, but I canceled my subscription from my iPhone settings then went back to the circle app and retrieved it. It took a few hours before I was able to regain full access.
PS. My subscription is yearly and still valid, so I wasn’t double charged

Welcome to the community! Did you reset your Orbi by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds?
