Can’t log into my Orbi remotely
I have no problems logging into my NETGEAR account through the website. When I try to log into the Orbi app, I am told that there was an error, with no other details. If I try to create an account, it says an account already exists. I’ve done the forgot password thing and reset it. My Orbi system is no longer under warranty, so NETGEAR says that I can only get support through here.
How am I supposed resolve issues with my Orbi/NETGEAR account through here?
