Re: Can’t show devices connected
Hi usafstud,
May you reinstall the Orbi app and check to see if your Orbi devices are due for a firmware update.

Re: Can’t show devices connected
I just used tech support to update router firmware to V2.7.1.60. Web login shows all devices but app is "unable" and indicates Sorry, the action was failed" with a code : CDIL-API-FAIL
my app version is 2.7.0.28
I restarted iOS then launched app...no success
I deleted app on iOS and reinstalled as new set up...no success
Please advise

I restarted/deleted as you did and still have exact same issue as you. Web browser shows items connected, but "unable" on the app.
You and I can't be the only ones.

Re: Can’t show devices connected
I am still under warranty and opened a case on this. I will ask if they can post the resolution here once they solve the issue.
