Connected devices not correct

Connected devices not correct

Hi,

Can anyone help me out please. When I log on to my Orbi router and see the connected devices I don't get to see them all.

I can only see 15 when about 20 are connected.

What do I have to do to see them all (for catogorising and maintenance and renaming).

I hope it is possible to get an actual list on my screen.

do the devices work?  If they do, don't worry about it.  Lots of complaints about the app.

Yes, they all work fine.
Ok thank you. I thought it was me.

I hope they will get the app better in the future.

Thanks again

Re: Connected devices not correct

I am having the same problem. After moving to firmware 2.5.0.38 , both the satellite status as well as the connected devices status is not correct. My satellite is showing "disconnected", even though there are devices connected to it. This is not a "nice to have", it is essential function, as I am in the process of changing my network configuration (adding an additional satellite), and debug and tuning satellite placement is severely hampered without this functionality.
