May you explain what occurs when attempting to access the device manager page? Can you provide the Orbi app version you currently have installed (iOS/Android)?

Nothing......doesn't work. I can see the devices but can't pause the internet or remove the devices. Nothing happens.

Also, I'm shocked how worthless the customer service is. They guided me thru these long instructions for updating the Firmware and all the were current. Spent a long time working on that and discovered it still didn't work.
