I am having the same problem except now the device I tuned off won’t even show back up in the list to be able to switch back on. How do I fix this??
This was never fixed by Orbi / Netgear customer support. To fix this issue, I had to literally delete the app, register a new email address and set up a new password. Everything has been working but I never got any resolution from Netgear.
- Dang, I don’t want to go through all that trouble. I just had issues with getting my Nest smoke detectors to reconnect after a power outage that lasted a second :(
- Ok, I ended up returning it. What a shame.
I am having the same problems, and I am this close to picking up this router and returning it to where I bought it from (I paid quite a bit for it). For the first time, I turned off certain devices last night, and now the damn thing is not getting me back to the device manager and there is no help of any kind from Orbi! Is there anybody knowledgeable enough to give guidance?
