Help from support for discount code

I received a push notification with a discount to Bitdefender, and I cannot open the notification in the notification hub of the app. When I go through checkout online and in the app, I am charged full price. Will someone from Netgear please send me the discount code?

I have the exact same problem. Link for discount code does not work and when I go into the NetGear App on my phone, it wants to charge the full price.
