Logging in issue…
I have an Orbi RBR50. I don’t log into the iPhone app very often since it just works. Tonight I logged in but when a window popped up asking for my admin password I was stumped. The last time I logged in it asked for my user name (my email address) and my password. No problem. This time though I couldn’t change the user name ‘admin’ to my email address. Is this something new?? I’m stuck! Thanks for any help. Judy

When you first open the Orbi app, you need to input your NETGEAR profile account. Thats your NG associated email address and password. The next log in is the app trying to connect to the ORBI RBRs services, this would be the "admin" user account and password that you should have setup during the installation of the RBR when you first set it up. Would have been also asked security questions as well during this process.
