Multiple users for Orbi app

Copying this from someone who tried to post the question elsewhere but we have the same issue and I can't find it resolved:

"Both my husband and I are trying to log into the Orbi app. I am able to login, but he keeps getting a login error. Can multiple users access the app or can only 1 person per device have admin access? Don’t understand why he keeps getting error even though he is entering all the right info."

I have an Orbi Router RBR50v2

Hello SunriseBay,

May you reinstall the Orbi app on the 2nd mobile device and if the issue persists may you provide a screenshot of the error.
