My satellite doesn't appear in the Orbi app
In the Orbi app I can only see my Routeur RB350 but not my satellite. Why ? I could see it before. Thx for the help

Yes still having the same issue as many other users obviously. I use the 2.19.1.3 iOS version. I always update my apps. Seems that the issue occurred after the end of Armor trial version.
I tried several times to restart my routers unsuccessfully.
How do I access my orbi web UI ?
Do I have to set the factory settings ?
On my screenshots you will see that 1 satellite is present but not showing on the map.

Does the 2nd RBS appear on the RBRs web page?
Have you factory reset and RBS and RBR and set up from scratch using a wired PC and web browser first. Then try the Orbi app.
Make sure you do the following as well if your on a Apple device:
My 8 series are showing up ok in the app:
- I dont use a PC only Mac at home.
I didn’t reset them from scratch yet but I dont see why I should do that ?
I can access my router on the app I should be able to see my satellite as well. I think this is an internal problem that Netgear as to solve. Not me !
