Netgear App not working properly
I just installed the Orbi App followed by the Orbi Router RBR20. All of my devices can connect to my Orbi network, including the iPhone (model XR, iOS 13.3.1) I downloaded the app. When I try to complete the process, the App shows an error screen "Orbi Not Found" and asks me to retry (which I have), check network setting (which I have), or restart the whole process (which I have, including unplugging both my AT&T modem and wifi router/satellite). I have shutdown/reopened the app, and rebooted by phone ... nothing. I cannot get past this error screen, even though my phone is clearly connected to the Orbi WiFi router. I went as far as to Forget the Network and enter the credentials manually. I'm not even sure the App is needed, but I would like to be able to use it in the future. Any suggestions.

May you try reinstalling the Orbi app.
