New Orbi App - Network Map Icon Connection FAQ
Older versions of Orbi app the network map showed RBS connected to the RBR using a dotted line indicating that the RBS was wirelessly connected to the RBR and a solid line between the RBS and RBR indicating it was ethernet connected to the RBR.
Past few Orbi app versions have removed that indication display and now uses the following icon display lay out seen here:
As you can see the ethernet connected RBS has a <...> for my ethernet connected RBS to the RBR.
There is a Wi-Fi icon displayed for my other RBS that's wirelessly connected to the RBR.
This goes for both Android and Apple devices.
I've seen the icons change from green to red as well indicating there is a problem. A red Wi-Fi icon with a slash mark thru it.
So I believe the icons will have dual meanings and give other indications based on what is happening at the time.
Just FYI.
