Re: ORBI App Login Not Working
After a Factory Reset (not simply pressing the Reset button inside that tiny hole), the credentials to access the Orbi web administration are:
user name: "admin" (which cannot be changed)
password: "password" (which the user will be encouraged to change)

Which app? iOS? Android?
Why can’t I log in to my router using the Orbi App? - NETGEAR Support
Whichever it is, the app is a crummy way of managing a router. Better done with a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI).
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Check the section in the manual Manually set up the Internet connection

"My Bad" for not reading the original post carefully. The Orbi app has a nasty habit of popping up a login field with "admin" already filled in. The app uses the Netgear login, which is the same as used by the community forum. The app may then ask for the Orbi web credentials, which are "admin" plus password.
Annoys hell out of me when the app does this after an update.
