Orbi AX4200 Setup Configuration Error

Trying to install new Orbi. When I get to the end of my set up it asks my security questions, then goes to the personalization screen and then I get a configuration error. Have done a reset and reinstall and get same issue. Any suggestions?

Try setting it up using the web browser based method of setup. 

sometimes goes easier when the app is having issues.

Hard to tell without a model number. AX4200 isn't enough to go by. It is a just a wifi label.

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number. 

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
