Orbi Android App Freezing - unuseable
The Orbi Android App is pretty much unuseable. About 90% of the time when I open the app it freezes and has to be force closed or my phone restarted. This is making me want to switch to another WIFI ...
Is the app freezing or is it connected to your Orbi system and reporting that the RBR doesn't have internet connection?
Please post a new post about if Orbi app is connecting however isn't showing internet connection on the RBR...

I'm having the exact same issue. It's finding the device but saying it's not connected to the internet. I'm also needing to be on it daily due to kids internet access. So frustrating.
What Orbi system do you have?
What Android device do you have? It it up to date on it's OS?
Uninstall the app then re-install it.
I believe for Android, there is a app cache that should be cleared as well. Might check app settings for this.

Uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times - still freezes
Cleared cache as well
What FW is loaded on the RBR50?
Is this the only device this does this on?
I'd open a support ticket with NG and have them check on this.
