Losing my patience with this app. Wifi works fine enough, but every once in a while it's slow so I try to login to the Orbi App to initiate a restart (I know I can do a hard restart, not the issue here).
My app wants me to login but the username is "admin" and won't let me change it to anything else. I have no idea what the password is (I've tried the default "password") and any other password I usually use, but it doesn't work.
I try the orbilogin.com to try to reset it that way, but there is no "cancel" button to push to start that process (following the Orbi support page's instructions).
So I'm at a loss on what do. It simply comes down to a password issue, and I'm blown away Orbi doesn't have a better way of figuring this out.
If anyone has some suggestions I would appreciate it.
The admin username cannot be changed. May you factory reset your Orbi router by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds. After doing so, may you run through the setup assistant using the Orbi app.
