Orbi App bug report
How to reproduce
1. precondition: 1) Orbi app Connected via Anywhere Access successfully before. And now login expired. 2) Your mobile not connect to WiFi.
2. Open orbi app. It will try connect via local WiFi, and failed.
3. Cannot find any entry for setup login account to re-login.
Expect results
When Connected via Anywhere Access failed and cannot connect to remote WiFi, can find an entry to login account.

What Orbi system model do you have?
What mobile device platform are you using? Apple Or Android?
Be sure that Wifi Private IP address or Randomize MAC address is disabled on these mobile devices:

The prerequisite for submitting bugs by shaking the phone is to login first. My problem is that I can't log in.

Are you entering in the NG profile account information then inputting the routers log in information?
When your iphone is connected to the Orbi system and you attempt to open the Orbi app, is there a top left menu icon where if you select this, will it show Your Products list?
