I am getting an error message logging into the app via iPhone “ something went wrong, try again”. I’ve rebooted the router. Checked for updates. I have internet access as it will allow for one time password. I am on the same network as the router. When logged in with “one time password” I see it’s online and has no issues within the network.
Orbi App was last updated 6-27-23 to version 2.27.1.79.
Orbi router RBR40. Firmware version v2.7.4.24.

Chiming in here. I was having the same exact issue.
I deleted the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it from scratch.
I was able to successfully run through the authentication, though it took a couple tries with an emailed code.
I have an Orbi RBR40 with two satellites.
Firmware V2.7.4.24
iOS App version 2.27.1.79

Re: Orbi App will not allow login. “Something went wrong, try again”
Deleteing the iphone ORBI app and reinstalling fixed for me. I did not have to reset my password. It also removed the 2 bogus notifcation badges on the app that came up due to the faulty "guest wifi deep test link" notications yesterday (7/7/23).
All is fine now.
