Orbi Cannot connect with App or on 192.168.1. admin interface.
Recently, I tried to go to the admin interface on my orbi to change something and I cannot reach the device, it says connection refused. It is still working, and devices can connect to the internet, and new ones can connect ot wifi with the password, but I cannot access the admin inteface through the app or the direct IP address. The solution when calling support is to reset the router to factory(!!), and try again. Unfortunately I use a lot of the features and have port forwarding, and a lot of other things set up, and I will lose some of that as I have a backup, but not recently enough. Is there any way to log in throgh telnet, ssh to the *nix underneath and reset the web UI or API for the APP?

So the model I have is RBK853 with 3 satellite units. It has worked perfectly since August of last year, when I purchased and swiched from my Nighthawk equipemnt, so I could get better signal mesh in my house.

there's an issue with the app and sometimes logging into it.
That link I posted in the prior is the official statement from a netgear admin.

I'm having the same issue with my RBK850. I can ping 192.168.1.1 with no problems.
