I completed the erase/reset settings and new setup processes. I believe this has fixed it.
Number of connected devices has returned to normal
Wifi performance has improved.

Just reinstalled the app.
No change.
Devices appear multiple times in the list.
See new screenful.

Thanks for getting back. You may perform a factory reset on your Orbi units and going through the setup assistance again to see if the issue persists.

Also having the same issues, watching this conversation with interest.
- My app shows each device connected 4 times
- Orbi web based login does NOT show multiple connections per device
- Some devices are not showing on ether the app or web based login
- The Wifi performance is significantly diminished
- Reinstalling the app did not change anything

Yes, resetting the Orbi completely and install as new solved the issue.
