Orbi RBK850 cannot edit username in app from admin to my actual Netgear user name

Hi I am an Orbi newbi and wish to access the parental control settings from my Orbi iPhone app. I am trying to login with my Netgear account name and password sent to me by Netgear but am unable to edit the user name from "admin" on the login screen to my actual Netgear user name. Reading the threads I tried alredy to uninstall and reinstall the all but no change. I am a able to login as admin successfully but the router admin page does not include the parental controls option. Hope someone can help

Hi davidandhege, 

The admin username cannot be changed and it will default and remain as "admin."
