Orbi app crashes on launch everytime

Every time I launch the Orbi app on my iPhone and login the application runs for a second and then immediately crashes. Anybody running into this issue? I checked and I am Running the latest software on my iPhone and on the latest iOS

You will probably get more useful comments by posting on that forum.  Most of the people I see posting on this forum use the Orbi web interface.

Me too. Every time. Managing with pc works though

I have the very same problem: since January, the ORBI App, ios, latest version, both, crashes immediately on launch, everytime.

I was experiencing the same problem.  I deleted the app and reinstalled without Face ID.  Seems to be working now
