Orbi app does not support your router model

When trying to connect my new Orbi system to me wifi I get the following message "Wifi Router Not Supported. The app does not support your router model. I have a Netgear C3700 router. How do I find out what is capatible so I can buy the right router?

If you have the C3700v2, you will need to use the Nighthawk app.

Thanks... Deleted and reistalled app. Did new set up but still get message Router Not Supported.

So I tried setting up the Netgear Orbi - WiFi System App on a new iPad. Still get the message that The Orbi app does not support your router model. Perhaps bad firmware update.WiFi system seems to be working well.

Not sure Firmware version. Did update couple of weeks ago. App Version is 2.9.5.14

Think I'll take entire Orbi Sytem down and do a reboot. See if that works. Appeared that the firware update worked OK but that is when the app problem started.
