Orbi app glitch

I’m new to Orbi but extremely discouraged. Trying to install and evidently theirs a glitch in the app that EVERY time I try to log into app from admin to complete installment it just takes me back to login page. Any idea when they’ll fix this

I’m having the same problem logging in since I got a new phone...I’m hoping for an answer, too!
