Hello,
My app no longer connects. It keeps saying can’t detect product. Internet works fine. Just can’t control anything via the app. Rbr750.
Serial number 6AF50B7KA79A6.
Used to work just fine. Any help would be appreciated. I’m using iPhone X but also tried an iPad without success.

Same problem. Resolution for the Orbi app is to disable/enable Settings/WiFi/Private Address. However trying to login through Orbilogin.net still fails with 'cannot connect to the Only WiFi network'. Device having this issue is a new iPad Pro 11 trying to login either by web or Orbi app. Orbi app was deinstallled/reinstalled several times with no effect. This is the first tine to try to use Orbi app/orbilogin.net on this device. Other IOS devices at same IOS level and are working fine.
IOS 14.6
RBK753S latest firmware 3.2.81.1

Forget about orbilogin.net -- it's a gimmic. Just point your browser at the IP address of your router. For example, if your network is 192.168.1.xyz, then we can safely assume your router is 192.168.1.1, so go to https://192.168.1.1 and you will be there.
FWIW, I gave up on the Orbi app several months ago when every time I made a change from the app, my network went unstable (even after factory reset and rebuild). I use MAC Address filtering, and I'm convinced there is a bug in that the app corrupts the router's database. Using the Web interface isn't as pretty as the app, but it gets the job done.

IP not a solution either. See pic. Works fine by IP on other devices
