Orbi app won't allow login from new device - Login denied (almost immediately)
I've been unable to login to the Netgeat Orbi app from a new android phone. After attempting to login, the app (almost) immediately redirects me to a "Login denied" screeen. I can briefly (usually less than a second) see a screen that says something like "device not recognized", but not long enough to interact with it. I was able to log in with my wife's iphone, and complete the verification process there without issue.
Steps I've taken so far to try and resolve the issue for my android device (in no particular order):
- Reset my account password through the orbi app
- Reset my account password through the netgear website
- Uninstall and reinstall the orbi app
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe

As a workaround, I was able to log in with another device (wife's iphone) and disable multifactor authentication temporarily to log in with the new device.
