Model: Orbi RBR850
Firmware: V4.6.14.3_2.3.12
iOS App: 2.25.0.44
The app shows the network map just fine but gets an error attempting to show the device list. The error is:
Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later.
This is happening from both an iPad and iPhone.
If I go to the web page for the router, I can see the devices list. I recently updated the Orbi firmware, so that may be when this started. Anyone have a solution?
FYI, I've power cycled both the router and satellite, but this did not resolve the issue.

The issue is no longer happening for me. Not sure what happened, but I tried the app again tonight and the device list is now showing. Hopefully it's working now for everyone.

I'm having the same problem. I disconnected the Xbox from the WiFi yesterday, and now trying to get turn it back through the Orbi app today, it just comes up with an error. Will resetting the router fix this issue?

Yes I mentioned this in my original post. The router web page still shows devices. It's just the App that doesn't.

No solution yet. I was hoping someone from Netgear would respond.

Re: Orbi iOS app Device Manager Error Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers and mobile devices.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of mobile devices.

Re: Orbi iOS app Device Manager Error Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later
A full power cycle has been done of the Orbi Router and satellite.
The app was deleted and re-installed on both iPad and iPhone.
The web page for the router shows devices, so the router is working fine. It's just a problem with the iOS app.

Try submitting another bug report thru the app. Give your details. NG won't respond here.

Re: Orbi iOS app Device Manager Error Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later
In the app I don't see a way to submit a bug/case. It shows that all support for my router is expired.
Is there another way to open a case regarding the app itself?

Also be sure for any Apple Or Android devices that random MAC Address features are disabled while at home:

In the Apple App Store for the Orbi App, it says to email netgearteam@netgear.com with any issues, so that's what I'm going to do.
If I get any info related to this thread, I'll update the thread.

Or you can use the bug reporter as well in the Orbi app since this is related to the Orbi app.
Good Luck.

Re: Orbi iOS app Device Manager Error Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later
ok I just figured out that if I shake the app, the option to report a bug comes up. I'm not home right now, so I'll wait until I'm home so I can capture what's happening in the bug reporter tool.

Re: Orbi iOS app Device Manager Error Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later
Glad it's working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
