Orbi satellites not showing up on Network Map within Orbi mobile app

Thanks for giving that a try. May you provide me with the current firmware version you have installed on your router along with the current Orbi app version you have installed.

      Mine just started doing the exact same thing, I power cycled both and the satellite works and is connected but on network map on orbi app it's saying not connected
