Possible bug in Orbi iOS app
Twice in the last couple of days I have seen a strange anomaly that I think must be a bug in the iOS Orbi app...
I am sitting in a chair about 6 feet from my satellite RBS852 on the second floor (RBS852 on 1st floor, RBR852 in basement). I bring up the Orbi app on my iPhone 11 (2020 model, WiFi 6 capable if that matters). It seems like for 10 minutes, checking on and off, the app does not show my iPhone as connected to the nearby satellite or the other two connections. Yet, I am staring at my phone, it's on WiFi! I get the icon in the top right corner, and I go into Settings and it says it is connected to my network. Eventually, maybe 10 minutes later, the app shows correctly. When this has happened, I have walked from one floor to the second floor.
Given that it's truly connected to the internet through my network, I am thinking it's an app bug only. Le me know if I should message Blanca and report this, thanks. I don't want to 'bug' her (hahaha) if it's some other issue going on!

I've seen this happen to me as well (using Android, latest version of the app). Devices list on the app doesn't show or refresh correctly sometimes.
Also another bug - if you update or change the device icon to reflect what it should be, on either the app or the web gui, it doesn't stick. For example, it keeps randomly thinks that my Ring Doorbell Pro is either 1) a computer 2) a tablet. 🙂
