Problem 2FA / Orbi App
Hi,
I have a problem with the 2FA in the Orbi App.
Entereing email address and PW works fine, then it says I should receive an email with a code but no email is sent. Nothing received in my inbox, nor in my Spam folder.
Is there a way to disable 2FA somwhere? Or where could I enter my mobile number so that I could receive a code by sms instead of an email? Did not find anything in my user account on netgear.com. App is used on an Android phone (OS Android 10).
Can anyone help please? So I am stuck now an cannot access the app.
