RB40 Orbi app not working
Hello - I had a power outage last night so everything went down briefly. Everything came back up, including wifi and my orbi router is working fine, but I can’t get back into the Orbi app. It keeps asking me for an admin password, which I put in, but it’s not taking. I also tried forgot password and it would send me to some sort of article but before I had time to read it, the screen would bounce back to the login page with “admin” in the user name. I’ve tried multiple times, including deleting the app and redownloading it (which I’ve done at least 6 times now), but it just keeps taking me back to that screen. Am I supposed to reset admin password or something? If so, how?
**Note : the associated products section is wrong. I couldn’t find my product on there and I had to choose one in order for me to post, so I just chose anything. My Orbi is RBR 40, AC2200 for home use.

Be sure that any MAC address randomizers are disabled on your mobile devices:
May need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using the Orbi app. Similar do this:
