RBK22 Satellite not syncing even though it shows strong blue light
No issues with router. Satellite moved to different locations and each location shows strong connection; however, Orbi app shows "satellite not found." Attempted resetting satellite, and multiple attempts at syncing. Issue remains.

What does it show through the browser?
That's what I'd trust and not the app.
It seems like every other time they update they app, they break something.

I understand that you are having issues with your Orbi app connection status to your satellite. There is a new version of the Obri application for iOS and Android. Please navigate to your phone's application store and ensure that the Orbi app version installed on your phone is the current version of the application.
