RBR 40 satellite issue and latest firmware Hot Fix not available via the app?
Having issue with my Orbi satellite disconnecting all the time even when the Orbi app says the network is good (green light). Thought maybe because I need to update the firmware. I see there is a hot fix - 2.3.5.34 on the website. But this isn’t available on the app. Then how can I update it?
Anyone has similar issue and how did you solve it?

Re: RBR 40 satellite issue and latest firmware Hot Fix not available via the app?
You should be able to:
- Download the firmware fix here: https://kb.netgear.com/000061405/RBR40-RBS40-Firmware-Version-2-3-5-34-Hot-Fix
- Log into your router via a webbrowser on your mac or pc: http://www.routerlogin.net/
- Navigate to the advanced section: http://www.routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm
- Selct Browse to install the locally downloaded firmware and update.
Not sure it will address your isssue... the release notes say it's addressing security issues not connectivity issues.
Hope this helps.
