RBR50

I have a RBR50 router with three satellites and when i go to the network app on my phone it no longer shows the 3 satellites in the tree.  It use to show these and no i dont see them.  The satellites appear to be connected, I still have the wide range of coverage. I tried to update the firmware on the router but it doesnt seen to be updating.  Do I need to replace the router and if so, will the satellites I have be compatible with the new router>

The key sentences are underlined above.  Your Orbi system appears to be functioning, but the Orbi "app" is not.  (As some would say in the South, "Bless its little heart.  It tries.")

I would open a web browser, connect to http://orbilogin.net, log in with the administrative credentials ("admin" and the admin password - not the WiFi password) and open the Attached Devices display.

There are countless posts in the forum complaining about the Orbi "app".  There is even a separate forum devoted entirely to the app:

https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/bd-p/en-home-orbi-app

The advice from most of the people who comment are, "Trust the web interface."
