RBR750/RBS750
I have RBR750 and two RBS750 satellites. they have been working for over an year. But since last week one of the RBS750 satellite is not showing up in the network.
I have tried resetting/rebooting multiple times but does not show up or get added. Before the reboot, it was showing in the orbi app as red colored disconnected.
But after the resets it is not even showing up.
Funny thing, if I can connect lan cable from this satellite to any device, the device gets internet.
not sure what is happening, any help would be appreciated.

Re: RBR750/RBS750
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is the RBS appearing on the RBRs web page ok?
There seems to be a known problem with Orbi app currently.

Re: RBR750/RBS750
Firmware version - V4.6.5.14_2.0.54
AT&T U-verse, model - 5268AC FXN
the faulty satellite is not appearing in the web page as well.
I had tried adding the satellite via the page sync and did not also work.
the satellite showed only white blinking and solid blue and no other color during attempted install-resets

Re: RBR750/RBS750
And this with the RBS near or in same room as the RBR?
Did you remove the RBS from the RBRs web page then try a re-sync with the RBS to the RBR using the sync buttons?
Try connecting the RBS to the back of the RBR using a ethernet cable.
Use the RBRs and RBSs web pages using a wired PC and web browser.
If you can gain access the all the RBS web page, I recommend you update to v.5 FW on the RBS first then update the RBR lastly:
FYI, Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

Re: RBR750/RBS750
i tried setting it up keeping them close to each other.
i did this step - Did you remove the RBS from the RBRs web page then try a re-sync with the RBS to the RBR using the sync buttons?
will do these steps tomorrow.
along with this --- Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
thanks for your suggestion, will update after trying the above steps.
