RBR850 - ORBI AX6000 MESH WIFI6 - cannot enable anywhere access

I cannot access my orbi device manager when I am connected to the orbi remotely, only when I am connected to my home Wifi. 

In settings I Have tried to turn on "Anywhere Access". When I toggle the Enable Anywhere Access to on, I get a message reading, "Some error occurred while enabling/disabling Anywhere Access". 

Hardware Version RBR85

Firmware Version V4.6.3.16_2.0.51

I don't have any firmware updates to do - I am on the latest version. 

What can I try? Thanks

NET Gear have updated the Accounting, so you now need a Premium Profile….
