@ChristineT Got the pushed fix. I can get to the admin console now.
Only issue is that I can't enable Anywhere Access through the Orbi App. I just get a "Some error occurred while enabling/disabling Anywhere Access" message and it turns back off.
I couldn't see any way to do that through the web console.
Is there a generic patch coming out for everyone or are you doing this only on as needed basis. I am experiencing this issue in Canada and want to know the timeline of when this will be fixed.
Looks like I received Firmware V4.6.8.2_2.1.9 for my RBR750 last night - Access has been fully restored. I will continue to monitor and will report back any issues.
Right?! You'd think that after almost 2 weeks of them knowing about this problem, they would've gotten it taken care of. At least have some info available about the process they are going about fixing it to ease our concerns.
Can you please private message me with your model and serial number? If you have the RBR50v2, this issue should not impact this model. Can you share more details about what you're experiencing?
@ChristineT I'm only able to check my Orbi that I have at work, and after a reboot the routerlogin.net doesn't work, but I was able to access it through the IP address. Will check my home one when I get the chance tomorrow. Thank you for all your help!
@ChristineT I'm supposed to have the -2 with the debug correct? That is showing when I went to orbilogin.net/debug.htm. Also my mobile app is also working too! You're the best!
